1. 11. How old are the brothers? Rosa is 6 years old and her brother Pedro is twice as old.  When Rosa is 26, how old will Pedro be?
12. Who is portrayed in the painting? One day a millionaire known for his eccentricities decided to hold an art exhibition in his mansion. Paco, invited by Rosalía, came to the presentation. Just when they arrived there was a great stir around a specific work. It was a portrait of a young man. Rosalía and Paco stopped to look at the work of art to understand why there was so much commotion. It really was a very important work painted by a local artist whose works sell for millions. Precisely at that moment, they heard the millionaire say the following: “I will give this work of art to the person who finds out how related I am to the person portrayed in the painting. The clues that I offer you are the following: The father of the person portrayed in the work is my father’s son. For my part, I don’t have siblings.” Paco quickly guessed the answer and told the extravagant millionaire who kept his promise and gave him the painting. Would you know how related the millionaire was to the individual in the painting?

On the other hand, Lourdes’s dog is darker than María’s and also slower.  With all this data, would you be able to say which dog is the oldest, which one runs the least and which one has the lightest coat?

19. The umbrella dilemma. Some friends have gone for a walk and they only have a small umbrella for the three of them. During their walk they managed to position themselves in such a way that none of them got even slightly wet. How they did it?
