How To Optimize Time

Surely at more than one moment in your working life you are at the top of work. There are many jobs that you have to do at some point, weeks of a lot of stress or hours of a lot of stress and then calm comes.

This means that you can have chaos in your head. You may get blocked and think you can’t move on, and even more so if work stress is compounded by stress at home or more than one ongoing problem.

This can lead us to believe that we don’t get rid of our work and we don’t get ahead either.

After all, if you are one of them and you find yourself in this situation, I am going to leave you with some small tips below, I hope they will be practical so that you can put them into practice the next time you are in a similar situation.

For this we are going to work with the lists and the notebooks, writing things down is the best way so that you do not forget them and give them a priority and an order.

You will see that once you start it up it is very easy, simple and simple.

Instructions to optimize time

  1. Once you have taken the notebook, papers, or favorite electronic machine, you will build two lists. If you can, try to move them to the side, so that you can see both at the same time. In one you are going to write the things that you have to do today and next to it the important tasks that you have to do, although they seem synonymous to you, they are not.
  2. Once the two columns have been written, try to write down only 5 realistic tasks that you have to do TODAY, try to write them in order of priority and if you cannot, once written, put the numbers from 1 to 5 according to their importance.
  3. As you go through the objectives set, you cross them out, this so that you can write more, at the end of the day you will be able to check if you have achieved all your objectives and do more. You can also leave the list made the day before, so when you get up you already have all the objectives of the day clear.
  4. In the other important tasks column, you have to write down all those tasks that you have wanted to do for days, that are not very urgent but that you want to do, obviously this list does not have to have only 5 objectives but it will be longer.
  5. Next, it is time to put them into action and that they overlap, it is important that each day you do them again and review them to see if any of the important tasks can move to today’s task list and vice versa.
  6. If what you use is a notebook, you will see that it is also very useful to be able to write down ideas, notes, meetings, etc., try to keep it in chronological order. Every day you have to go through the lists and modify them according to your needs.  This, in addition to ordering your mind, will also help you free it, easy, right?

Well wing! let’s do it!
