If you like drawing, you can upload videos featuring your art so people can appreciate it. If you like sports you can also upload videos related to that, and the list goes on (that are within the YouTube rules).
If you already have the base content defined for your channel, you can’t change it. If a recipe channel that has been uploading all that type of content for 2 years, you can’t start uploading video games. That makes it very confusing for the viewer, and affects your channel as it makes it look like it’s not defined.

When you upload a video the viewer is allowed to comment whatever they want (that is related to the video or the channel in general). You can find positive or negative comments. The positive ones are the ones who praise your video, show their support or can even rate your video. While the negative ones are the ones who criticize your video in a low way, insult without any sense, etc. It is advisable to ignore them since they only lower your spirits to continue and because they do not amount to anything. If you come to see constructive criticism, take them into account since they are important to be able to improve, and even more so when you are starting.
